Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant

Optimise Processes, Empower Teams with CTC Grant Support

About the Grant

The Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant is a funding initiative by NTUC’s e2i to help businesses in Singapore implement workforce and business transformation projects. It supports companies in adopting new technologies, upskilling employees, and improving productivity while ensuring better outcomes for workers.

Updated Features (From 1 August 2024):

  • Expanded Training Support:

    • Now covers in-house or external training (CTC 2.0), not just OEM training.

​

  • Flexible Worker Outcomes:

    • For Transformed Roles: Wage increments, career development plans (CDP), or recurrent skills allowance.

    • For Training-Only Roles: Wage increments, CDP, or one-time skills allowance.

  • Companies (SMEs & non-SMEs)

  • Societies

  • Non-Profit Organisations

  • Autonomous Universities

Not Eligible

  • Government bodies

  • Statutory boards

  • Organs of State

  • Wholly-owned government subsidiaries

Worker Outcomes

A. For Roles Undergoing Transformation

Must commit to at least one:

  • Wage increment

  • Career Development Plan (CDP)

  • Recurrent Skills Allowance

B. For Training-Only Roles

Must commit to at least one:

  • Wage increment

  • Career Development Plan (CDP)

  • One-Time Skills Allowance

Note: Companies that already committed to outcomes (e.g., CDP) can train workers without additional commitments.

Up to 70% coverage of qualifying costs:

  • Equipment / Software / Consultancy

Application

Step 1: Form a Company Training Committee (CTC)

We help set up your internal committee to kickstart your CTC Grant eligibility.

Step 3: Secure Stakeholder Endorsement

Once your plan is drafted, we guide you in getting official endorsement from both senior management and NTUC/worker representatives.

Step 5: Final Submission

We assist with the final submission process to ensure everything’s in place and on time.
