About the Grant
The Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant is a funding initiative by NTUC’s e2i to help businesses in Singapore implement workforce and business transformation projects. It supports companies in adopting new technologies, upskilling employees, and improving productivity while ensuring better outcomes for workers.

Application
Step 1: Form a Company Training Committee (CTC)
We help set up your internal committee to kickstart your CTC Grant eligibility.
Step 3: Secure Stakeholder Endorsement
Once your plan is drafted, we guide you in getting official endorsement from both senior management and NTUC/worker representatives.
Step 5: Final Submission
We assist with the final submission process to ensure everything’s in place and on time.

Step 2: Develop Your Transformation Plan
We facilitate CTC workshops to co-create your transformation plan, aligning with worker outcomes and business goals.
Step 4: Pre-Submission Review with e2i
We help you engage e2i for a preliminary review, ensuring your project ticks all boxes and aligns with grant expectations.
