Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) - WDG(JR+)
Redefining Creative Roles for a Modern Brand Era
About the Grant
WDG JR+ enables comprehensive workforce transformations through professional help and expertise. It assists businesses and enterprises with creating specialised roles, position expansions, and equipping employees with new skills for the evolving demands of the modern workplace.
As a pre-approved panel consultant, SFIC Institute streamlines the entire process so you only pay the net fee upfront. With this new grant process, we handle the grant disbursement directly with the government, keeping your cashflow light and your risk minimal.
Who Is Eligible
At point of application, enterprise must
-
Be registered or incorporated and be operating in Singapore
-
Have at employed least three local employees for the past 1 month
And enterprise must NOT have
-
Made a payment for JR-related consultancy service; OR
-
Signed a contract or purchase order for JR or workforce-related consultancy services either with a pre-approved consultant or third party.
All applications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Maximise Your Investment with SFEC
Eligible employers may utilise the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC), a one-off $10,000 credit per firm, to offset up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses incurred under WDG JR+. This significantly reduces the financial commitment required from your organisation.
The current SFEC cycle will conclude on 30 November 2026. A refreshed credit of $10,000 will be made available from 1 December 2026. Companies may indicate their intent to apply SFEC towards WDG JR+ at the point of application.
